About Intimacy Insight
We publish clear, evidence-informed guidance on health, relationships, and work — written for real life and reviewed by real experts.
Evidence First
Every article leans on research and expert consensus — and we say so plainly, with the people behind it visible.
Judgement-Free
Health, intimacy, and money are personal. We write with warmth and respect, never shame — and never sell your data.
Always Improving
Good guidance does not stand still. We revisit and update our content as understanding evolves.
Search anything health-related online and you’ll land on one of two extremes a research paper you need a medical degree to decode, or a random blog telling you to fix your hormones with lemon water. That gap is why Intimacy Insight exists. We cover the stuff people Google at midnight and never bring up out loud intimacy, fertility, mental wellness, relationships plus career and business topics, because adulthood doesn’t stay in one lane.
How We Actually Work
- We start with sources, not opinions. Every claim traces back to research, clinical guidelines, or credible reporting not “what worked for a friend.”
- A real person checks the sensitive stuff. Topics like sexual health, fertility, and mental wellness get reviewed before they go live not just spell-checked.
- We revisit old articles. If something we published is outdated, we go back and fix it we don’t let it sit there collecting search traffic.
- We write like humans, because we are. No filler sentences to hit a word count. If a topic’s complicated, we say so and then we explain it anyway.
The Trust Part
We’re not doctors, and we’re not pretending to be. Everything on Intimacy Insight is informational meant to help you ask better questions, not replace the ones you should be asking a professional. Our Editorial Policy and Medical Disclaimer spell out exactly how we source, review, and update content – no hidden fine print.
Think we got something wrong, or missed something entirely? Tell us. Someone actually reads it.
